Registered Nurse - Telemetry I - Full Time Night Shift

Welcome! Join our team providing skilled nursing care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring in a collaborative telemetry environment. Work with an interdisciplinary team while utilizing strong assessment, clinical judgement, and evidence-based nursing practices.

Full-Time Days: 7pm-7am

Provides Nursing Care to assigned patients through assessment of patient’s needs, making nursing diagnosis, developing and implementing a plan of care, which reflect an individualized mode of nursing intervention based on specific population guidelines. Demonstrates Clinical competence in identification, assessment and intervention for patients.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

• We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.

Requirements:

• Current RN License and ACLS/BLS certification required.
