    Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care team. The RN is responsible for providing direct resident care, administering medications and treatments, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring quality care in accordance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide skilled nursing care and assess resident needs.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
    • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
    • Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding care.
    • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
    • Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Current, active RN license.
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
    • Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
