Education Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certificate

The Difference You’ll Make
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
- Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring resident response and effectiveness
- Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
- Communicate significant changes in condition to the Nurse Manager, physicians, and family members, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Provide leadership, coordination, and guidance to CENAs to promote high-quality, person-centered care
- Maintain a respectful, compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members
Qualifications:
Experience Preferred:
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or short-term rehabilitation preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated sound clinical judgment and professional integrity
- Commitment to compassionate, person-centered customer service
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and transferring residents
