RN Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments
• Develop and coordinate patient care plans
• Complete assessments and required documentation
• Communicate with physicians and advanced practice providers
• Provide wound care and other nursing treatments
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Respond appropriately to patient needs and emergencies
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare personnel as applicable
• Provide leadership and support to the healthcare team
• Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Facility-based nursing experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• Current PPD/TB screening
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
