Registered Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy

Summary:

• Duration: 14 Weeks
• Assignment Dates: 11/03/2026 to 02/06/2027
• Shift: 12-Hour Days | 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
• Float Requirement: Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South)
• Weekend Requirement: 13 weekend shifts out of 26 (Saturday or Sunday)
• On-Call Requirement: None
• Holiday Work Requirement: Must work observed holidays if they fall within the contract period

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy services and patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Float or reassign duties within clinical competence to fulfill scheduled guaranteed hours within the Denver Metro area.

Requirements:

• Education: Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary
• Travel Experience: Must have prior travel assignment experience
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Required Clinical Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
  • Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU
  • Minimum 1 year Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
• Required Certifications:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
  • NRP

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 4 years Neonatal ICU
• Minimum 2 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma

Additional Notes:

• No RTO (Requested Time Off) approved within the first two weeks of the assignment
• Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed
