Palm Springs Companion Care LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated team in beautiful Palm Springs, CA. Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians with examinations, surgeries, and medical procedures
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and collect laboratory samples
• Monitor and care for patients under anesthesia and during post-operative recovery
• Conduct diagnostic imaging including digital radiography and prepare samples for in-house lab analysis
• Educate and communicate with pet owners regarding treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient medical records using practice management software
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked clinical environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license in the state of California
• Experience in a veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or companion animal practice preferred
• Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, surgical prep, and patient recovery
• Strong phlebotomy, IV placement, and laboratory skills
• Excellent communication and client education abilities
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and able to handle a high-energy clinical environment
• Familiarity with veterinary practice management software is a plus
