Job Title: Regulatory Document QC Specialist
Location: Warren, NJ
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Experience Level: 3 5 Years
Pay rate: $25-$33/hr on W2

Skills: Scientific/Technical Documentation, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Written Communication, Regulatory Compliance, and Pharma/Biotech Experience.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Document QC Specialist to support the quality and accuracy of scientific and regulatory documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform QC reviews of regulatory and scientific documents.
  • Cross-check data against source documentation.
  • Review formatting, tables, references, and data presentation.
  • Identify and communicate discrepancies and required corrections.
  • Support regulatory documentation and publishing activities.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with scientific/technical documents.
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills.
  • Regulatory or Pharma/Biotech experience preferred.
