The Rehab Operations Supervisor coordinates and oversees daily operations in conjunction with the manager. Including ensuring effective and efficient operations for their assigned Rehab sites.
Responsibilities:
Assists the manager with operations oversight of the area(s) assigned, which may include: Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Sports Rehab and/or support staff at their assigned locations.
Assists with preparation, management, and adherence to department budget to maintain expenditure controls for capital equipment, personnel and expense needs.
Provides manager with pertinent information related to the department in a timely manner.
Ensures high quality care is provided in an environment that fully embodies the principles of family-centered care and ensuring patients are seen close to home at therapy sites when indicated.
Accountable for practice operations and general management, financial and business management, human resource management, patient care, compliance and quality management, and business and program development.
In conjunction with the Manager, accountable for personnel management (hiring, training, evaluating, scheduling), marketing and practice development (patient satisfaction, community programs, communications, new patient initiatives), and general administration.
Assists with the responsibility for their assigned discipline specific (ie. OT, PT, SLP) education, competencies, standard of care, and program development for all rehab employees at all sites within the assigned discipline.
Able to complete all duties as outlined in their respective disciplines (ie. OT, PT, SLP) job description. Assists staff in direct patient care as needed by the sites.

Technical Expertise
Experience in pediatric rehabilitation is required.
Experience in supervision/management is preferred.
Experience in financial operations/management is preferred.
Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
Experience in healthcare is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required.
Proficiency with Epic or another EMR system is required.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelors degree in Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology required. Masters Degree or higher in Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology preferred.
Certification: Active Ohio license in one of the following: Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Speech/Language Pathology. Physical Therapy license strongly preferred.
Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
Years of experience supervising: 0 to 2 years is preferred.
