The Rehabilitation Assistant provides support to the Physical Therapy Department to ensure a positive and efficient patient care experience. Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, maintaining clean and organized treatment areas, managing supplies, and supporting administrative functions. This role requires direct interaction with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Courses or work experience in health/patient care, physical therapy, or exercise training preferred.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic computer and typing proficiency.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull heavy weights, and assist with patient transfers.
Ability to stand, walk, and stoop for extended periods.
Fine motor skills for repetitive hand movements.
Working Conditions
Pay Range:
$20.00 - $26.92
The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
