Title: Reimbursement Case Manager

Pay Range:$50.00 Per HR

This position involves client-facing responsibilities in a healthcare setting located in Pittsburgh, PA.
It requires full-time commitment to manage pharmacy reimbursement cases, ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
Essential skills include proficiency in using general pharmacy management systems and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and escalations.
Process benefits investigations and verifications to ensure patient care access.
Coordinate services with internal operations and management teams.
Manage patient claims related to prescription drug and medical benefits.
Resolve complex reimbursement issues independently and creatively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2 years of experience in pharmacy reimbursement/insurance, including benefit investigation and verification.
1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician.
1 year of experience with general pharmacy management systems.
Strong communication and time management skills.
