Release Manager – Job Summary
Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite
Rate: DOE
Top 3 Required Skills- Release Management – Monthly release planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, Go/No-Go meetings, runbooks, and post-release issue management.
- Process Governance & Compliance – Release governance, change control, audit readiness, RAID tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Clarity PPM / Project Management Tools – Portfolio management, resource forecasting, financial tracking, program scheduling, and status reporting.
Additional requirement: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate monthly Cash Portfolio releases and maintain the release calendar.
- Manage dependencies, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate deployment activities.
- Prepare release decks, runbooks, readiness reports, and release communications.
- Lead Go/No-Go discussions, release execution calls, and post-release issue triage.
- Maintain governance standards, version control, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support PMO activities, including RAID logs, resource planning, financial reporting, and Clarity PPM administration.
