Coach executives, managers, and leaders
Help the business to create a vision, road map, and portfolio backlog.
Create an implementation roadmap, establish the metrics.
Identify value streams
Launch Agile Release Trains (ART)
Facilitate meetings such as PI Planning, System demos
Preferred Certifications: SAFe Practice Consultant or SAFe Release Train Engineer
