Job Description

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer to develop system reliability requirements, perform modeling and analytics, and conduct FMEA/FTA analyses while collaborating across functional teams.

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and allocate reliability requirements at system and subsystem levels.
Use modeling, simulation, and data analytics methodologies and tools including statistical and probabilistic analyses.
Interact with airplane system suppliers, business partners, airline customers, airplane development program leaders, and functional management, maintaining a high level of communication between the rest of the R&M Engineering internal organization, program teams, and functional design areas.
Engage in team involvement and individual effort, problem solving, and managing multiple actions and assignments as regular duties.
Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA/FMECA).
Perform Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5 10+ years of experience in aerospace reliability or aircraft systems engineering.
