Asset Reliability & Equipment Lifecycle Management
Asset Performance & Continuous Improvement
Manufacturing Support & Capital Projects
Data Analysis & Reliability Engineering

Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Program Ownership
Maintenance Program Management
Provide technical ownership and oversight of specialized maintenance and equipment rebuild programs, including:
Equipment Rebuild Programs
Safety Relief Valve Inspection and Certification Programs
Vessel Inspection Programs
Electrical Distribution System Testing & Maintenance (Switchgear, MCCs, Transformers)
Rotating Equipment Reliability Programs
Technical support and training: provide expertise to maintenance teams on troubleshooting and best practices for equipment care
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Reliability Engineering) and demonstrated competence required
3-5+ years in reliability, maintenance, or quality engineering roles
Experience in manufacturing, med device, pharma, or similar regulated industries
Software proficiency in ReliaSoft, Weibull++, Minitab, Maximo Asset Management, Excel, Python, and/or R
Analytical and Technical Skills:
Root Cause Analysis (5 Why's, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis)
Statistical Analysis (Reliability modeling, life data analysis, MTBF/MTTR calculations)
Predictive Maintenance Techniques (vibration analysis & balancing, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasonic testing, motor circuit analysis)
Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills: critical-thinking skills
Ability or aptitude to use various types of databases and other computer software
Ability or aptitude to provide solutions and contingency plans through the comprehensive review of alternatives
Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding or skills and is willing to learn

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 - $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
