Reliability & Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

You arrive to the plant floor and open the CMMS dashboard. The preventive maintenance calendar is your first stop—what's due, what's late, and what will improve uptime today? You huddle with technicians, assign priorities, and make sure parts are staged. By mid-morning, you're reviewing production and maintenance data to spot gaps, tune the PM plan, and remove roadblocks. The afternoon is for coaching—pairing a newer tech with a seasoned pro—and tightening the structure that keeps everything consistent.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and continually enhance a preventive maintenance program tailored to our manufacturing assets.
• Boost PM completion rates and lift equipment reliability through disciplined planning and follow-up.
• Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians—setting expectations, giving feedback, and growing skills.
• Streamline day-to-day maintenance workflows for clarity, speed, and repeatability.
• Use maintenance and production data to identify performance gaps and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Elevate CMMS utilization for work orders, scheduling, and history; tighten parts management to reduce delays.
• Drive efficiency and raise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Champion training, cross-skilling, and hands-on development for the technician team.
• Establish clear structure, accountability, and consistency across the maintenance department.
