Advanced Semiconductor Reliability Engineer

Design and develop test methods, procedures, and validation strategies for new and existing technologies.

Serve as the technical owner of assigned test stands and laboratory assets, ensuring proper functionality and reliability.

Define equipment requirements, system configurations, and testing capabilities to support product development.

Develop and execute reliability test plans, protocols, and qualification activities for new products.

Perform hands-on bench testing, fixture development, and laboratory troubleshooting activities.

Conduct failure analysis of electro-mechanical systems and components to identify root causes and corrective actions.

Partner with hardware and software engineering teams to investigate product failures and improve system performance.

Generate technical reports that document failure investigations, test results, and reliability improvements.

Support DFMEA initiatives and provide recommendations that reduce risk early in the product development lifecycle.

Manage laboratory resources, test schedules, calibration activities, and documentation to maintain operational excellence.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, failure analysis, electrical design, or a related technical field.

Experience working with semiconductor equipment, robotic systems, or other complex electro-mechanical products.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause investigation skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and technical documentation.

Experience with reliability testing equipment such as environmental chambers, vibration tables, and test stands is highly desirable.

Familiarity with LabVIEW, microscopy techniques, materials characterization methods, and SEMI standards is preferred.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a hands-on laboratory environment with a strong focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Play a key role in ensuring the reliability of advanced technology products.

Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams on innovative product development projects.
