Relocation Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Relocation Coordinator to join our clients' team on a temporary-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating client relocation activities, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the moving process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic relocation services for clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the relocation process.

• Schedule and manage moving services and related logistics.

• Track relocation expenses and maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Monitor relocation progress and proactively resolve issues or delays.

• Prepare reports, update databases, and maintain relocation files.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and relocation agreements.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay/Benefits

• $20/hr - $26/hr depending on experience
