Job Description
A financial services organization in Texas is seeking a Remarketing Coordinator II to support dealership validation, documentation follow-up, and administrative coordination within a fast-paced remarketing environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 7am to 4pm
- Setting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday = onsite; Monday & Friday = remote)
Responsibilities:
- Contact new and used car dealerships to validate KYC information, including dealership demographics and ownership details
- Collect and track expired dealer licenses and related documentation
- Perform clerical, administrative, and technically based support tasks as needed
- Use Microsoft Office and internal systems to manage records, updates, and workflow activity
- Communicate clearly with internal partners and external dealership contacts across multiple channels, including phone
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a similar industry
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Desired Skills:
- Experience in auto, financial, commercial, or a similar industry
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
