    Position Overview

    We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals for the role of Remodel/Construction Technician at ServiceMaster Restore by BT Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. This role involves assisting in various construction projects, including remodeling and restoration tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    ·         Assist in the demolition and removal of existing structures and materials.
    ·         Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
    ·         Experienced in installing drywall, tape bed and texture, painting.
    ·         Trim Carpentry Experience: Measure, Cut and Install baseboards, casing, and crown moldings.
    ·         Plumbing, Electrical, and Hvac Experience.
    ·         Experience installing cabinetry. 
    ·         Ensure all work is completed in compliance and within specified timelines.
    ·         Assist in moving, lifting, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.
    ·         Perform other duties as required to support the construction and restoration process.

    Qualifications

    ·         Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required.
    ·         Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
    ·         Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    ·         Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
    ·         Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    ·         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.



     

     
    Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
