Job Summary:
- Share your expertise of home repair, maintenance and remodeling on job sites.
- Bid work on a regular basis and produce it effortlessly.
- Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects.
- Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients.
Job Requirements: Paid experience in at least three (3) of the below skillsets:
- Home remodels, including bathroom and kitchen
- Painting, both inside and out
- General carpentry
- Drywall work
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Deck repair and installations
- Window repair and installation
- Floor installations and repairs
- Residential maintenance
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience in finish carpentry, remodeling, or a combination of both.
- Owns and maintains the tools needed to complete finish carpentry and remodeling projects.
- Has a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting tools and job materials.
- Holds, or is willing to obtain before beginning work, a Montana Independent Contractor Exemption Certificate.
- Maintains the insurance coverage required for independent contractors and can provide proof of coverage.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Communicates professionally with customers and the team, both in person and by phone or message.
