What You'll Do

• Perform residential remodeling and carpentry projects.
• Install cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry components.
• Complete general carpentry and renovation work.
• Read and interpret plans, measurements, and installation drawings.
• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and find practical solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, team members, and homeowners.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.

What We're Looking For

• Professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
• Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to residential jobsites.
