JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
Role and Responsibilities
  1. Inspect properties to assess needed repairs and improvements.
  2. Evaluate the condition of the property's fixtures, appliances, flooring, and other elements.
  3. Perform basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry work.
  4. Handle painting and touch-ups for walls, ceilings, and trim.
  5. Install or replace flooring, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
  6. Conduct minor remodeling, such as kitchen and bathroom upgrades, cabinet installation, or countertop replacements.
  7. Install new hardware, lighting fixtures, or other cosmetic enhancements.
  8. Ensure the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy, including floor cleaning, window washing, and trash removal.
  9. Work closely with supervisors to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required time frame.
  10. Report on progress and any issues that arise during the renovation process.
  11. Ensure the proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment.
  12. Address any last-minute repairs or concerns before property handover.
 
 
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  1. Previous experience in property management or renovation.
  2. Certifications in construction trades or safety protocols (OSHA, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with specialized tools and equipment.
 
 
 
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  1. Comfortability with climbing ladders, inspecting roofs, and entering attics or crawl spaces.
  2. Working in various weather conditions
  3. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  4. Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  5. Frequent use of hands and tools for long periods.
