Remote After Training - Customer Service Rep

Summary:

• Location: Warwick, RI (must be within a 50-mile radius)
• Work Mode: Virtual Role with In-Person Training
• Duration: Full duration of in-office training from Nov 9 - Dec 18
• Must be available for shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and strengthen relationships between the customer and company
• Perform responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while displaying superior interpersonal and service skills
• Service customers by responding to requests via telephone
• Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding various aspects of the policy and procedures
• Assist with site access and refer requests for other policy modifications to appropriate areas

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred
• Intermediate computer literacy/proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers and clearing cookies and cache
• Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems
• Professional and engaging phone voice with a true desire to help people
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently from home
• Ability to generate innovative ideas for process improvements
