Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Background Verification Agents play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and security of our hiring processes. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will conduct comprehensive background checks, analyze investigative evidence, and collaborate with law enforcement and government agencies to verify candidate credentials.

We are looking for Background Verification Agents across the United States.

Location: Remote role (anywhere in the US)
Working 5 days a week
Pay rate: $16-$17.5/hr
Training and Laptop—will be provided.
Essential Job Functions

Live applicant support via voice, video, and chat during kiosk enrollment
Verify identity documents; supervise capture of fingerprints, photos, and signatures
Manage up to 4 concurrent enrollments; monitor session times and applicant queue
Troubleshoot kiosk and workstation issues.
Enforce security, confidentiality, and branding standards at all times
Complete daily activity reports, timekeeping, and mandatory training refreshers.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Customer Service—Knowledge of principles and processes for needs assessment is a plus, meeting quality standards.

Technology—comfort with PC hardware, software applications, and data entry

Clerical – records/file management, forms handling, standard office procedures

Monitoring—self & peer performance assessment, corrective action orientation

Integrity—ethics, honesty, and adherence to confidentiality protocols

Qualifications/Eligibility Criteria

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum age: 18 years
Clears criminal, education, credit, drug, and state-specific vetting
Available for evenings and weekends working
Credential-processing experience is a plus
