Day to day, you will spend your time moving applications through each stage of the intake and review process, double-checking data entry, verifying documents, and flagging anything that looks off before it becomes a problem downstream. People who thrive in this role enjoy repeatable, process-driven work, take pride in getting the small details right, and feel comfortable juggling a steady queue of tasks while communicating clearly with teammates and applicants over chat, email, and phone.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Basic familiarity with CRM or document management systems a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
