About the Opportunity

Globe Life AO is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our Remote Union Benefits team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a long-term remote career while helping working families understand and access their benefits.

No prior industry experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and a proven system to help you succeed from day one.

What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
• Educate union members on available life and supplemental benefits
• Present company-approved coverage options based on client needs
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
• Build long-term client relationships through professional follow-up
• Work toward weekly performance goals with leadership support

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and open to structured training
• Comfortable using Zoom and basic computer tools
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (assistance provided)
