Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, organized individuals who enjoy helping others and are interested in working remotely within the travel industry. This role focuses on assisting clients throughout the travel planning process while providing friendly and dependable customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation and travel planning
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and travel options
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate booking information
• Communicate with clients before and after reservations are made
• Respond to questions and provide helpful travel information
• Maintain organized client records and follow up as needed
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, and current travel offerings
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

  Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using a computer and online systems
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Previous travel experience is helpful but not required
• Training is provided
