Are you a skilled customer service representative with bookkeeping experience looking for a remote opportunity? High Point Bookkeeping is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Rep/Bookkeeper

Pay: $18-$22/hour DoE

Schedule: M-F 8:30a to 3p ET

Location Requirements: This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must reside within the United States. At this time, we are only able to hire candidates who reside in one of the following states:

• Florida

• Maine

• Nevada

• North Carolina

• South Carolina

• Texas

• Wisconsin

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage frequent client communication and follow-up

• Conduct scheduled client check-in calls

• Coordinate client document collection

• Monitor Slack and the support inbox

• Provide general bookkeeping support

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Assist with client onboarding and offboarding

• Answer and route incoming phone calls

• Send client codes and requested information

• Assist with projects and day-to-day team needs

• Provide backup coverage for team members during vacations and absences

Qualifications:

• Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred

• QuickBooks Online experience preferred

• Previous experience in a client-facing support role preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Prior fully remote work experience

• Computer workstation with monitor and keyboard (computer and phone will be provided)

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
