Remote Customer Service Representative

We're looking for reliable, service-focused individuals to assist clients with questions, scheduling, updates, reservations, and general coordination in a remote environment.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll help clients stay informed, keep important details organized, and support planning needs involving confirmations, accommodations, transportation, activities, or itinerary information when applicable.

Previous experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Handle

• Respond to client questions and service requests
• Provide updates and next-step information
• Coordinate schedules, reservations, and confirmations
• Follow up on pending requests or missing details
• Assist with routine changes or adjustments
• Research information when needed
• Maintain accurate client records
• Help keep planning details organized

What We're Looking For

• Good organization and attention to detail

• Familiarity with email and online systems

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations, scheduling, administration, retail, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
