Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Travel Specialist, you'll work directly with clients to help coordinate vacations, answer questions, research travel options, and provide outstanding customer service throughout the planning process.

This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, administration, scheduling, retail, healthcare, hospitality, education, banking, logistics, or any position where helping people is a priority.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with planning personalized vacations and travel experiences
  • Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and online communication
  • Research destinations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages
  • Coordinate travel reservations and itinerary details
  • Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
  • Answer questions and provide travel recommendations based on client needs
  • Stay informed about destination updates and supplier offerings
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences from beginning to end
