Remote Customer Support Advisor

This position focuses on helping members understand their benefits, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction reflects care, professionalism, and integrity. What You’ll Do

• Communicate with members through inbound and outbound calls

• Schedule and conduct virtual presentations for union members who request information about their benefits

• Provide clear explanations of coverage options and assist with enrollment or updates

• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records

• Participate in leadership and personal development training

• Collaborate with team leaders to enhance member experience and process efficiency

Minimum Qualifications
