Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Expansion Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in various regions and markets. As a Remote Expansion Manager, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential markets and regions for expansion and develop a strategic plan to enter those markets.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and competitors.

- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective expansion strategies.

- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the logistics industry.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

- Prepare and present reports on expansion progress, market trends, and opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.

- Proven track record of successfully expanding business into new markets.

- Strong understanding of logistics and transportation industry trends and dynamics.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Contract Details:

This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours. The contract will initially be for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
