This individual will review medical records, accurately code HCC diagnoses using ICD-10, and maintain productivity and quality expectations of approximately two charts per hour.
- Review medical records and perform accurate Medicare HCC risk adjustment coding
- Assign appropriate ICD-10 codes based on documentation
- Maintain coding accuracy and established quality standards
- Meet productivity expectations of approximately 2 charts per hour
- Complete assigned coding volume within project deadlines
- Work independently in a fully remote environment
