Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year

Location: Remote opportunities are available for qualified attorneys residing in Washington or Oregon. Our office is located in Bellevue, WA, with onsite opportunities for local candidates. Work arrangements may vary based on location.

Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience, including at least 1 year handling construction defect or personal injury matters. An active Washington or Oregon bar license is required, along with eligibility to obtain admission in the other state.

Job Description

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters through all stages of the litigation process with appropriate supervision and support.
• Represent clients in construction defect, personal injury, and other civil defense matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research, analyze case facts, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Take and defend depositions, participate in mediations, and assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout litigation.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to achieve strong results for clients.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Washington or Oregon, with eligibility for admission in the other state.
• 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• 1+ year of construction defect or personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery, drafting motions, and participating in litigation proceedings.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and confidence managing multiple active matters.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.
