 What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
• Collaborate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Analyze and evaluate complex factual and legal issues
• Contribute to trial and arbitration preparation (motions, briefs, exhibits, witness prep)

 What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of litigation experience (insurance or ERISA a plus)
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote, team-oriented setting
• Active California Bar membership required

• $140,000 – $220,000 base salary (depending on experience)
