Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance about insurance coverage.
- Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs and circumstances.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
- Manage sales activities and maintain accurate client and sales records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
- Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
- Receive mentorship and support while growing within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
Qualifications and Attributes
