Remote Insurance Sales Advisors. We're looking for licensed insurance professionals who are confident building relationships, closing sales, and providing an excellent customer experience — all while working remotely.
This is a
fully remote sales position offering a $35,000–$40,000 base salary plus commission, professional development, and opportunities for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and other virtual communication channels
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Conduct coverage reviews and identify additional protection opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Educate customers on coverage options and help them make informed decisions
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within agency systems
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Additional sales experience in banking, automotive, mortgage, telecommunications, retail, or other customer-facing industries valued
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple opportunities, and consistently follow up with prospects
- Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance expectations
- Coachable attitude and desire for continued professional growth
