We're hiring motivated Inside Sales Representatives to connect with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our products and services.
This is a sales-focused role where you'll help customers find the right solution, guide them through the purchasing process, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
No cold calling. Warm leads available to purchase. You'll only contact interested prospects.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads who have requested information.
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solution.
- Guide customers through the sales process.
- Close sales while providing outstanding customer service.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Professional and confident phone presence.
- Comfortable in a sales-driven environment.
- Coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
