Remote Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking an EPIC sales representative to join our agency as we expand our team!

• This is a fully remote sales position.
• Your hours would be 8:30am to 5:30pm Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
• No insurance experience necessary, but state licensing will be required.
• Starting base salary: $45,000, with additional performance incentives.

This is a high-volume, outbound sales role supported by a structured process and intentional coaching.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals of 40+ policies per month through outbound sales activity.
• Pursue consistent follow-up to all agency-provided contacts.
• Follow our structured sales blueprint to guide every conversation.
• Maintain consistent daily activity (talk time, quotes, and pipeline management).
• Participate in regular coaching and practice.

• Proven sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus.
• Comfort with a metrics-driven workday.
• A quiet, professional workspace.
• An understanding that this role has set hours based in the Pacific Time Zone.
• A Property & Casualty insurance producer license (or a willingness to obtain one).
