About the Role

World Financial Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, helping others, and developing valuable sales and communication skills.

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will work with prospective clients to understand their needs, educate them on insurance products and services, and guide them through the sales process.

No prior financial services experience is required. Training and mentorship are provided for the right candidates.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through phone calls and virtual meetings.
• Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client goals.
• Present insurance products and solutions that fit client needs.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through enrollment.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and prospects.
• Track appointments and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with income based on performance.

Top performers commonly earn between $35,000 and $100,000+ annually.
