Remote Junior Developer

About the Role

We seek a Junior Engineer to help us build the best platform for experiencing and consuming next-generation sports media. In this role, you'll be a part of the engineering team, collaborating to build the foundation for our engineering and product culture while developing and executing your product features, bugs, and tickets.

Were on the hunt for a scrappy, driven, fast learner who isn't afraid of trying new things and has fine-tuned their craft of identifying solutions to problems. Our ideal candidate doesn't necessarily have experience across the whole stack but is confident enough to pick up a new technology and get their hands dirty learning.

Our stack consists of React Native, Laravel, Vue.js, and MySQL.

What You'll Do

Work with our development team to build and ship new features and resolve bugs.

Collaborate on the organization's roadmap.

Assist in researching new technologies and solutions that could solve infrastructure problems.

Collaborate with other engineering team members to build a more efficient and effective Agile development team.

Your Skills and Experience

0+ years of experience building and shipping high availability production code.

A product-minded, customer-focused approach to engineering

A love for beautiful, delightful, and usable user experiences

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
