What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with prospective clients to assess their life insurance and financial protection needs
• Educate individuals and families on available life insurance options
• Recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's needs
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through professional service
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Utilize technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and business activities
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

What We're Looking For

• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Passion for helping individuals and families protect their financial future

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Successful agents may earn between $55,000 and $150,000+ annually, depending on individual sales performance, effort, consistency, and time commitment.
