What You'll Do

• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development programs

What We're Looking For

• Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
• 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Strong computer and technology skills

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Successful agents commonly earn between $55,000 and $150,000+ annually, with no cap on earnings. Your income is determined by your effort, consistency, and results.
