Remote Life Insurance Sales Rep

As a RemoteLife Insurance Sales Rep, your day will include working hot leads provided by the agency, making outbound calls, following up with prospects and prior quotes, and guiding customers through their life insurance options. Youll use a proven sales process, handle objections, ask for the sale, and build relationships that go beyond a single transaction.

Our agency is a 3-time National Summit Agency Award and 3-time Honor Ring Agency Award recipient and an Elite Allstate Agency. Youll have direct support from leadership, access to technology and coaching, and a team that wants to help you improve while holding you accountable for your results.

First-year expected earnings range from $65,000 to $85,000, with top performers earning $100,000+. Youll also receive PTO, a 401(k) with matching, health and life insurance, gym reimbursement, and birthday PTO, all with a Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm)

Responsibilities

• Follow the agencys sales guide for hot leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and referral opportunities.
• Explain life insurance coverage and its value.
• Follow up consistently with quotes and active prospects.
• Overcome objections and close new business.
• Ask for referrals and explain the referral program.

• Active Life Insurance license required.
• Experience selling life insurance products.
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
• Coachable, positive, and self-motivated mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls daily.
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
• Able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
