We specialize in supporting individuals with mild to moderate anxiety, ADHD, substance use, and depression, and were hoping to expand our in-person services across Northern California.

We are a growing practice of 30 clinicians, with plans to expand to 100, and are looking for dedicated, fully licensed therapists to join our team.

The RoleWe are currently hiring Licensed Therapists to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults (with opportunities to work with children if thats your interest or specialty).

What Youll Do

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients with mild to moderate needs.
• Have a minimum of 26 session scheduled per week (average 22 sessions per week).
• Maintain strong clinical care without heavy administrative or case management burdens.
• Collaborate with our clinical team while enjoying flexibility and independence in your practice.

What We Offer

• Compensation: $86$94 per session (5055% revenue split).
• Typically see 22 patients/week ~$100,000 annually.
• Ability to see more and make significantly more money
• Bonus pay for therapists who exceed thresholds (10% more for additional clients above 48 hours).

• Caseload: Typically filled within 45 weeks.

What Were Looking For

• Fully licensed in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD).
• Candidates awaiting their licensing exam will also be considered.
• Experience with trauma and/or child therapy is a plus, but not required.
• Must be in good standing with licensing board.
• Ideally based in Northern California (not required, but CA license and time zone alignment are needed).
