Position Overview We’re growing our telehealth program and need licensed therapists to provide counseling services statewide in Minnesota. This role is designed for clinicians who want to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care from home.
Job Details
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Responsibilities
Conduct teletherapy sessions for adult clients
Build and monitor treatment plans with measurable outcomes
Support client growth through effective strategies
Maintain compliant documentation of all services
Participate in ongoing training opportunities
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
At least 2 years of clinical experience
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong communication and technology skills
