The Counselor is accountable for providing patients and their families with the accurate diagnosis, appropriate assessment, therapy, counseling, and assistance; maintaining good relationships with patients, patients'' families, medical staff, and other personnel within the medical complex and with outside organizations with whom the counselor is in contact; maintaining confidentiality of patient information; establishing an effective working relationship with other treatment team members; accurate documentation in the progress notes and treatment plan. Today, our employees are located at our three major campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale, Arizona, Jacksonville, Florida, Rochester, Minnesota, and at Mayo Clinic Health System campuses throughout Midwestern communities, and at our international locations.
