Position Overview We’re growing our telehealth program and need licensed therapists to provide counseling services statewide in Minnesota. This role is designed for clinicians who want to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care from home.

Job Details

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 annually
• Benefits package provided

Responsibilities

• Conduct teletherapy sessions for adult clients
• Build and monitor treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Support client growth through effective strategies
• Maintain compliant documentation of all services
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong communication and technology skills
