  • Enter and maintain accurate records in HR or CRM systems
  • Serve as the main point of contact for questions during the onboarding period
  • Partner with HR, IT, and hiring managers to ensure equipment, system access, and training are ready on time
  • Identify onboarding delays or roadblocks and escalate or resolve them promptly
  • Gather feedback from new participants and suggest improvements to the onboarding experience
  • Maintain onboarding checklists, templates, and knowledge base materials
  • Support compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, HR support, or a related role preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with HRIS, CRM, or ticketing tools is a plus
  • Comfortable with video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace
