Overview

We are seeking proactive and goal-oriented individuals who are interested in a flexible remote opportunity within the travel industry. As a Remote Opportunity Consultant, you will assist clients with exploring travel options, coordinating trip details, and helping create personalized vacation experiences tailored to their needs.

This position offers the freedom to work remotely while developing valuable skills in client support, travel coordination, and relationship management. Whether assisting with weekend getaways, cruise vacations, or international travel experiences, you'll help clients navigate the process from initial inquiry to completed reservation.

No previous travel experience is necessary. We provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed.

Key Duties

• Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, preferences, and goals
• Research and present vacation options that align with individual needs and budgets
• Assist with arranging hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, excursions, and vacation packages
• Provide trip-planning assistance and destination recommendations
• Respond to client questions and provide timely updates throughout the planning process
• Coordinate reservation requests and booking details with travel suppliers
• Maintain accurate client files, itineraries, and travel documentation
• Stay informed about travel offers, destination information, and supplier programs
• Deliver outstanding service throughout the customer experience

Requirements

• Interest in travel, customer relations, hospitality, or remote work opportunities
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Comfortable using online platforms, email, and computer-based systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring location
• Prior industry experience is not required; training is available
